ughhhhh I just checked if I can get from Jaben SG

lol
You can also check Rosenkranz cables, they’re older than Brise, not a lot of westerners know them, but it’s a cult company like Kondo AN in Japan.
Brise has a very long waiting list. I have Yatono and I very much enjoy it, but I’m also thinking in my mind about Rosens

There’s not a lot of top summit fi cables:
Crystal Cables from Netherlands (silver/gold-silver alloys, I’ve owned both)
Brise is relatively new (2015-16) but great great cables
Rosenkranz (are from 1980s I believe-
Had their low end models but sound wise they’re amazing)
Saec/ Orb - using PC-Triple C copper I believe Brise uses same cause it’s Japanese thing.
Effect Audio /Eletech etc - Chinese made custom order - good especially lower tier models , I’ve had Centurion, can’t justify the price tag.
Also there’s Beat Audio - also Japanese relatively old, have their own distinguished sound.
also Cardas, have partnership with PW Audio. Nice cables, had 1969,1980, they’re very good on used market. It not summit fi.

Hey peeps, decided to pull the trigger on one of these today

IMG_6874.jpeg

I used to own a Yatono ultimate 8w and was hoping to pick up another one but Musicteck were sold out. Thought I’d take a punt on the silver as it was the last one in stock :)

Has anyone heard this one and know how it compares to Yatono Ultimate 8wire?
Any impressions yet?

I put in an order for MIKUMARI Ref.2 headphone cable. 3 month wait ⏳ Anyone got any experience/impressions?
I have one for my mysphere. Great cable that just elevates everything the mysphere does well; great balance. It's slightly on the relaxed side so if your system is warm leaning you might want more energy up top.

I have my yatono coming in less than a month... Gonna use it mainly on utopia and Yamaha yh5000. Right now I'm using a Danacable ref... Looking forward to the brise, I really like my mikumari ref

Thank you. I think mine should be coming this month. Slightly on the relaxed side... Interesting. I will be pairing with mostly neutral or bright(ish) gear, so hopefully should balance out (though relaxed makes me a bit nervous because I'm not a fan of laid back presentation). How is it on an ergonomic front?

Then I think you should be good. It's not really laid back, but it just takes off the slight edge up top, I think it's great for brighter to neutral leaning gear (in my case headphones).

Ergonomically, it is stiff feeling but it's not unwieldy like the danacable I use. I don't mind it at all, personally.

Interesting... how does the HP side plug work? is it straight or angled like the stock cable? Thanks!
