1. Audio-Technica ATH-W2002 - illustrating Japan's ancient Echizen lacquer/woodworking tradition; the most handsome headphone ever made, IMO
2. Sennheiser HE 90 - the subtle wood accents and elegant lines are unmatched
3. Sony Qualia 010 - a very hi-tech modern look that reflect the 'phone's sonic characteristics
4. Grado RS-1 - metal, leather and wood; these classic components are synthesized into a timeless retro style
5. Beyerdynamic DT880 - the metal construction looks very industrial and robust

I think those suffice

From your sig, man... those must be the sinister liners, right?

I never had the money, I stuck with my stock genesys liners, more than good enough for me...

Anywho, my favorites are:

AKG 271/171
Grado 325/RS-1
That A-T W series. Damn.

I was tempted to put my MDR-R10 in the top three, but it didn't make the cut.

I have not seen nearly as many headphones as many in this thread but I really like these:
* SA5000 -- very high-tech, not really like any others
* MS-2i (fatboys) -- I really like these, much better than RS-1s and even the PS-1s
* custom Ultimate Ears (ability to add your own colors, swirls of colors, transparent vs. opaque

)

There are quite a few cans that look groovy, but in terms of 'regular' headphones that look good I agree the black grados are where its at.
