I got the AP100. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with IEMs that have a TRRS connector (for inline controls), so I couldn't use it with the 11 Neo

ah yes. the ap100 has a high noise floor too. the luxury and precision 3 is a good option as an iem dap

Is that so? I must not have noticed it. I have seen some L&P DAPs, but they cost way to much for me to buy.

After getting 93 hours or so burn in time on these I finally took them for a test drive today and really enjoyed them.

I wear them over my ears and they stay in place very well. Using the stock tips I find isolation to be good even on todays multi train commute.

I was using the centrance dacportable, my ipod touch 6g (flacplayer app by Dan Leehr) for a time and finally my Opus#1 dap.

I am in bed and dont have my notes with me so I will add more later.
Rest assured I didnt feel the need to break out my back up IEMs I ahd with me in case I didnt like the Neo 11.

I got 11 Neo and 12 Classics in for review a couple days ago... After listening to both, I PM'ed MezeTeam and commented that while the overall tuning is similar (and reminiscent of 99 Classics) the 11 Neo have a bit fuller bass and lower mids and feel more laid back whereas 12 Classics have tighter bass and definitely sound quicker. Which people prefer will depend on personal preference. Personally, I'm preferring 12 Classics so far. Nice job Meze!
