Could you detail what "optimization" has been made to the unit? Any comment on sound?
Sorry, we do not have any further info than what's posted on the firmware update notes.

We do not adjust sound with firmware updates, even if users sometimes report such.

Hey @Shanling
Is it possible to use a universal remote so we can play a specific track by pressing its number on the remote?

Hey @Shanling
Is it possible to use a universal remote so we can play a specific track by pressing its number on the remote?

I was able to program my universal remote with some trickery to play any track between 1-20.

I think the official answer here was no, not sure if that has changed.

We got no further answer on this from software team, so can't assist with it unfortunately :frowning2:

Do they mark the direction on their I2S cable? I have received the customized I2S cable for ET3 and Gustard R26, but I'm a little bit confused about that. Thanks.
Put on some DSD playback (Or DSD upsampling) and connect the cable. There is 50/50 chance you will get it right on the first try.

Recently I am getting random song skips and pauses, occuring on both i2s and usb outputs.
Tired different CDs yet facing this, tried 2 different DACs, r26 and Eversolo A6.

Even after reset it was the same thing, but I found a solution.
Guess what?

Just open the CD Lid and remove the CD, and insert it back again.
Done, no more skips.

@Shanling is my unit faulty or is this expected?
