Question/Comment: Does the Silver Fox have a gain adjustment? With all that power I am wondering how it manages relatively efficient HPs like Utopia while still maintaining usable volume control? Does the Grounding scheme come into play here? FYI I have the Muses Volume control on my Burson...

Someone had asked how the Border Patrol DAC (NOS with tube rectification) sounds with the SR1a. To my ears - Very Very good - More body/density than the Qutest while retaining excellent detail. Amazing what an inexpensive chip w/ a top notch power supply can do. Note my Amp (Audiolab 6000A)...
